Dear Puma,
On Thursday, I tried to buy some Puma Rihanna Creeper sneakers in Green & Burgundy in a size 10. They went on sale at 10:am and at 10:01am, they were gone. Now I bet you're wondering what the big deal is? Right?
My daughter turns 30 on June 7th and the only thing she wanted for her birthday is those sneakers. I really wanted to get the Puma Creepers for her. This has been a very economically challenged year for both of us, but I was determined to make it happen. Why is this so important?
In 2006, I gave birth to her little brother Ari and in 2008 he was diagnosed with autism. Since his birth, she's been there for both of us. Over the past 10 years, she's been my rock and a wonderful sister to her little brother. Working with him on his language skills and always making special time for just she and him. This young woman has held me up when I couldn't stand, providing unconditional love and optimism for her brother. Without admitting to it, I know she's given up a lot to be by our side. When she graduated college and should have gone off and started a wonderful career, but instead she opted to stay with us. She saw what I couldn't see...I needed her! I'm grateful she hung around! So, now you know why this is so important to me! So, I feel really guilty that on this very special birthday, I can't do anything spectacular for her. These sneakers aren't what I had in mind for spectacular 30th birthday gift, but it was at least something she'd love.
I can't afford the triple the price resellers price, so I'm hoping you can find me a pair of green and burgundy creepers in size 10.
